Pastor Dan McKinnies

Pastor Dan McKinnies began in the ministry at the age of 17.  He spent two years evangelizing all across North America until he assumed the Pastorate in Chester Illinois for three years.  He then went back onto the evangelism field for several years until assuming the Pastorate in Syracuse Indiana for seven years.  While Pastor in Syracuse, the church experience tremendous revival and growth.  In 2002, he was voted in as Pastor of the Du Quoin UPC.  Pastor McKinnies is a certified counselor and continues to lead the DuQuoin UPC in great revival. Bishop C.L. McKinnies

Bishop C.L. McKinnies began in the ministry at the age 25.  He spent his first four years in ministry in preparation in two churches in Flint Michigan.  He was Pastor in Centralia Illinois for over four years before coming to DuQuoin to Pastor in 1962.  He served on the Illinois District board of the United Pentecostal Church for many years and continues to serve as an honorary board member.  Bishop McKinnies also served as interim Pastor in Cairo Illinois for the past two years until October 2011.  He continues to be a valuable part of our Church and our District.  You may listen to his online sermons here.
